With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Chris Thrash founded his company in 1999 to assist hospitals, both nationally and internationally, reach their highest potential in patient, employee and physician satisfaction. Chris has a proven track record in providing hospitals and healthcare systems with clear plans and practical approaches that dramatically improve the financial bottom line, quality outcomes, and community perception by focusing on the service experience.
