Meet Chris Thrash

With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Chris Thrash founded his company in 1999 to assist hospitals, both nationally and internationally, reach their highest potential in patient, employee and physician satisfaction. Chris has a proven track record in providing hospitals and healthcare systems with clear plans and practical approaches that dramatically improve the financial bottom line, quality outcomes, and community perception by focusing on the service experience. Chris is an award winning speaker, author and consultant who specializes in creating service culture excellence. Each year, over 100,000 people hear Chris speak at hospitals, conferences, and leadership retreats.  He holds his Masters in Healthcare Administration and has written several books and produced training videos that have received awards from the WorldFest International Film Festival.  Chris Thrash and Associates provide clients with creative consulting and training solutions that deliver successful outcomes in achieving and maintaining dynamic customer experiences, high patient satisfaction and strong employee engagement.
